We value your time and our time. When you schedule an appointment, the time is reserved for you. We are committed to showing up for you and with you.
Therefore, if you are unable to make it to your appointment, you must go to your appointment confirmation email and cancel or reschedule your appointment (phone calls, emails, or private messages will not be considered).
You must do this at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
There will be a full charge if you do not show up.
